Join this week’s technology workshops on collecting and grading assignments in Blackboard (rsvp here), asynchronous online modules for when you can’t make it to class (rsvp here), and multimedia alternatives to papers and activities (rsvp here). This week we’re starting our weekly in-person writing group! Join us on Wednesday mornings 9:30-11:30am in the Cooperman Library. The Zoom meeting times of our writing groups are Monday evenings 7-8:30pm and Friday mornings 9-10:30am. Sign up for one or more groups via this link. We’re excited to launch our ACERT Podcast Club, focused on transformative teaching, in early March! Our first of four sessions will focus on student engagement. Everyone is welcome to join one or more sessions (sign-up info will be shared soon!). For now, we’re inviting applications from part-time and full-time faculty to participate in the whole series and commit to making a change in their teaching. The deadline to apply is Sunday 2/26.
