CUNY has continued to test secure SIMS access, while postponing requiring secure access. About 75% 
of SIMS users now do use secure access. CUNY recommends that all users already get secure access, 
because the secure-access-only change will likely be announced with a very short lead time. Please 
visit the ICIT helpdesk in N109 to get the secure access software.
