Results of August 22 North Builiding power test

The August 22 North Building power test in the ICIT machine room went well. When the 
power was shut off at 8:14 pm, the generator kicked in within 17 seconds. The 17 second 
delay was completely covered by the battery backup. When the line power was returned, 
the transfer occured in 16 seconds. Both of these results are excellent and we are satisfied 
with the test. ICIT systems were returned to normal at 9:35 pm.
