There are two new staff members in ICIT who are here to help provide better service to the Hunter 
College community:

Madeleine Fix: Educational Technologist/Blackboard specialist.

Madeleine comes from Baruch College where she also handled Blackboard support and worked with 
faculty on technology projects including podcasting. She will be answering Blackboard questions, 
doing Blackboard training, and working with faculty on projects involving integration Blackboard, 
podcasting and other tools into instruction.


Simon Pride: Manager of Academic and Administrative IT Support

Simon comes to ICIT from Cambridge University. He is an experienced IT service manager and is 
responsible for our helpdesks and technicians. Simon is charged with making improvements in our 
helpdesk and computer desktop support services.  We will be announcing these improvements as 
they happen.
