There are a number of ways that faculty using Blackboard can get help:

- Help with specific features of Blackboard such as assignments is available from the 
Technology Resource Center (TRC) in Hunter North C-104.  The TRC offers immediate drop 
in help or assistance by emailing [log in to unmask] .

- Documentation and step-by-step-how-to materials are available at http://
www.hunter.cuny.edu/icit/trc/gaweek/handouts.shtml .  The “Help” link in Blackboard also 
points to this handouts page.

- The TRC offers regularly scheduled workshops on specific Bb features.  Watch http://
www.hunter.cuny.edu/icit/trc/ . A new schedule of events will be posted on September 12.
