> The internationally renowned Dr. Lawrence Kushi and the famous chef and owner of Vitae restaurant, Edwin Bellanco, will present on the traditional Japanese seasoning. Dr. Kushi will discuss the health benefits of Miso, and Chef Bellanco will demonstrate innovative uses of Miso, with all audience members receiving complimentary samples and recipes.
