Course Objectives
Following this workshop, participants will be able to:

1. Identify and differentiate normal vs abnormal childhood eating patterns
2. Understand normal childhood development and how to work with picky eaters
(food jags, food refusal, and limited food choices)
3.  Know what extremely picky eating, classified as Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) looks like
4. Describe strategies to manage picky eating and ARFID
5.  Understand The Fearless Feeding approach (Whate, How and Why) to address the feeding problems in children (physiological, environmental, feeding styles, practices and strategies, and developmental aspects).
6.  Coordinate a team of professionals to assess and treat feeding problems
7. Develop feeding strategies to support the parent-child and teach your clients
8.  Tackle tough case studies
