Good Morning Dr. Spark,
I thought I would pass this along in case any faculty or student would like to testify at the public hearing being held by the New York State Assembly's Committees on Health and Environmental Conservation on the subject of "Pesticide Sales and Use Reporting".
The purpose of the hearing is to examine ways to improve the effectiveness of the State's laws regarding pesticide sales and use reporting, including increased public access to pesticide data.
The hearing is taking place on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM. The location is the Assembly Hearing Room at 250 Broadway, Room 1923, 19th Floor.
Persons wishing to present testimony at the public hearing on Pesticide Sales and Use Reporting are requested to complete a reply form you can access here<http://assembly.state.ny.us/comm/EnCon/20140428/> as soon as possible.
