There is a research volunteer opportunity in Dr. Thesen's neurology lab. You would be working with patients with epilepsy receiving intracranial EEG to monitor seizure activity. There are opportunities to work with patients, observe neurosurgeries, attend Neurology Grand Rounds and research presentations, and learn about the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy. Volunteering hours are flexible (10 hrs/wk) and include mandatory 2 weekend shifts per month.
