Go to Medical School in Israel!
Technion American Medical School

Interested in learning about attending one of the world's leading medical school programs that is conducted in English and is located in Haifa, Israel?

The school includes 3 Nobel Prize winners and is a major division of Technion, the “MIT of Israel.” This program follows an American curriculum that meets the requirements for US residencies. All lectures and textbooks are in English. Our graduates have routinely been accepted to leading residencies in the US since it began in 1983. Classes are limited to 32 students yearly. Students train in modern classrooms and research facilities and the core clinical rotations take place in several affiliated hospitals in Northern Israel. Fourth year students may spend up to 3 months in the US for clerkship electives. All students complete a research project and write a thesis; an MD/PhD option is available. The tuition is $27,000 per year. The program welcomes US and Canadian students from all religious and ethnic backgrounds; no Hebrew language is not required, but is taught during the first 2 years. Applications are currently being accepted until May 31, 2012 for matriculation beginning September 2012, so it is not too late to apply for this year!

Paul Alexander, MD, the Assistant Director for Admissions for the Technion American Medical School, will be speaking on
Wednesday, February 22 at 1pm in room 1036 in the North Building of Hunter College.
