The University Of Rochester School Of Medicine and Dentistry has recently
asked Hunter to join in their newly developed Early Assurance Program.
Hunter students, at the completion of their sophomore year, may apply.  A
minimum overall and science GPA of 3.5 is required.  Students selected would
have automatic acceptance to Rochester once they successfully complete their
college degree (maintaining the 3.5 GPA).  Students will not be required to
take the MCAT!  Rochester is particularly interested in disadvantaged
students.  Interested sophomores should see me soon.  You will need a
resume, a personal statement and must have evaluations from science faculty
on file with our office.  Applications must be submitted in early June.
