FYI.  I always suggest our COMHE 150 and 200 to premed students.  It looks
as if it may become a "highly recommended course for pre-health students.

I thought you'd like to see the attached article on Undergraduate
Public Health and the Educated Citizen and Public Health movement that
appears in Inside Higher Ed.

Undergraduate public health courses including public health 101,
epidemiology 101, and global health 101 are rapidly becoming key
preparation for health professions education.

I am also attaching an updated summary of the Educated Citizen and
Public Health initiative that includes a large numbers of links that
provide additional information for faculty and administrators as well as
advisors.
