I am fine with eliminating the whereases. Everyone has their own reasons for
opposing the tuition hikes, etc. but the point is that we don't like them,
right? So let's just stick with the resolution. Also, the preamble could
become a battlefield of long boring arguments about facts that would waste
our time. I move that we do a preemptive strike on the preamble to avoid
arguments.

Also, I think that the photocopier issue was Will's, right?

Unfortunately i won't be able to make it Tuesday though as I have a meeting
with a classmate at the exact time.
