Here's more fodder for Steve's provocative questions -- links to news
stories assessing coverage of the Va. Tech killings from the
Journalism Educators listserv.

If you (or others) can use it, Randy Jessee
(who compiled the Sago pages presentation you worked with for your
C-SPAN panel)
has done one today on the VaTech coverage. Here's the ftp site if you want
to pull it down:

([log in to unmask]" target="_blank">ftp://rjguest:[log in to unmask])

The file to pull down is todaypages.pps
It's in three sections; the one you'll want is about the international
coverage. The Powerpoint was prepared for the Richmond Times-Dispatch but that
doesn't affect the presentation.

a roundup of stories on how the media have covered the Virginia Tech story.
