The Academic Internship Institute of Hong Kong (AIIHK) and Phi Beta Dingo (PBD) are currently recruiting for a full time Program Coordinator. Details as follows:

Reports to: Managing Director

Company Description: The AIIHK and PBD help universities build internship programs and study abroad programs to Hong Kong, Australia and many other destinations. The programs cover a diverse range of subjects. Major university partners include: Loyola University of Chicago; Ohio State University; Washington University in St Louis; University of Michigan Ann Arbor; University of Delaware; Bradley University; and the University of Wisconsin.

Role Description: This role suits a study abroad or travel industry professional looking to jump in the deep end with an exciting young company and join an energetic, adventurous and dedicated team of people striving to improve study abroad experiences for university students. Based in Hong Kong, this role includes travel in Asia Pacific, and there are international travel opportunities out there as well, with some really exciting new opportunities popping up in the next year for the right person.

The role requires someone with confidence, people skills and a natural sense of responsibility. A love of study abroad and travel experience outside your home country are an advantage. There are many different avenues for career development and skills growth within the company, as we are rapidly growing and we like our team to continue to expand their knowledge as the company grows.

Required Education and Experience: BA/BS and a couple of years experience working in higher education.

Required Skills and Abilities:
*Mandarin or Cantonese language skills (proficient or fluent) *Experience working in a university setting/study abroad office, *Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
*Experience studying, interning or living abroad.
* Must be organized, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
*Demonstrated professionalism with the ability to handle and prioritize diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Candidate must have demonstrated ability to work with people.
*Must be able to work at the computer for sustained periods of time.
