Hello Caucus List,
I was wondering if anyone has free time tomorrow (tuesday 28th) at about 11:15. The President of the School Jennifer Raab, is having a meeting with clubs that I cannot attend. It would be great if any of you would be able to go and represent the club and some of the goals that we would like to acheive this year.

I am writing to remind you of the upcoming meeting with President Raab. I know she is looking forward to hearing your thoughts, suggestions, and ideas about your experiences at Hunter. Please be prepared to let the President know what you, as a Hunter student, like about Hunter and what you think needs improvement.
The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 28 at 11:15 in the President’s Conference Room (1700 East).
If for any reason you are unable to attend, please let me know. See you on the 28th. Thank you.

If you are willing and able to go please let me know. I can give you talking points for tomorrow morning. I know that it is a last minute request but this is what we have to work with. It is not a big deal if we are not represented at this meeting. Thank you for all your help.

I would also like some of you to attend a Web design workshop with me in Nov...so that you can also learn web maintenance. When I am gone some of you may be resposible for maintaining the website. We will be learning Dreamweaver.
The meeting date and time is set for Wednesday 29th of October at 2:10 pm. The time has been moved due to a CA meeting which I must attend and justify why our budget uses more than 25% for refreshments at our meetings.
