This is a wonderful opportunity for
students to get involved at the level of a mentor or to FIND a mentor. Dr.
Holden is a physician on the admissions committee of Albert Einstein College of
Medicine. I encourage everyone to attend. The better showing we
have from Hunter, the better the outcomes for admission to Einstein in the future!

Mentoring in Medicine is a nonprofit dedicated to
addressing health care disparities by helping to increase the diversity of the
health care workforce. We are very excited
to launch the medical student component with this seminar! MIM has created
a curriculum based on two focus groups with thirty one medical students from
ten institutions in order to address the barriers, challenges and fears
hindering success.
