information about the 2007 MCAT test dates. Registration for the June and
July exams is coming soon, and examinees should expect some changes in

REGISTRATION TIPS

Use only the application controls -- e.g."Save and Continue," "Previous," --
to move from one section to another. Do not use the browser controls.
Users tend to use the "Back" button on the browser, but using the browser
controls may cause problems in the application.

Do not use the refresh button on your browser or by hitting F5. Some
actions within the system may take a few moments, even a couple of minutes
to complete. Hitting the refresh will probably derail the action. This tip
is especially important for the payment screen.

Do not open multiple browsers. Opening more than one window of Internet
Explorer, for example, or opening more than one type of Internet browser,
such as opening IE, Firefox, Netscape, etc. will only serve to slow the
system down.

Doing the above may cause any one or more of the following problems: lost
seats, multiple credit card charges, lost connections to the system (and
therefore, lost seats or lost place in line on a busy registration day).
The MCAT examinee services staff may be able to assist with some problems,
but may not be held responsible for user error.

CONTACT INFORMATION

You may reach MCAT examinee services staff by calling (202) 828-0690, or
emailing [log in to unmask] You will receive a response to email messages
within 72 hours. If you need immediate assistance, make a call, do not
email. Please also keep in mind that the first day of registration is
especially busy. The scheduling system tends to run slower on these days.
In addition, callers may experience long hold times. Please understand that
these wait times are unpredictable because MCAT staff are engaged in
conversations that may be long, providing individualized service to each
examinee who calls.
