Subject: 2007 SNMA Region IX MAPS Conference

Hello Advisors,

The Student National Medical Association will be hosting their Regional MAPS Conference on Sat Oct 13th in New Brunswick, NJ. Go to www2.umdnj.edu/snmaweb/snma_region1x/index.html for all the information regarding the conference, agenda and directions. It is open to anyone interested in medicine so please spread the word. There are many workshops planned to help students with the med school process and a medical school fair with schools from all over the country for students to network and gain valuable information. This event requires business attire, so please encourage students to come appropriately dressed. The deadline for pre-registration is Oct 5th. Payments can be made online at the above website. There is onsite registration for an increased fee. Additionally, there will be vouchers given to registered SNMA members for the national conference to be held at the Marriott Marquis from March 19-23, 2008. Pre-meds are encouraged to register as national associate SNMA members to get the national benefits that are available to pre-meds ($15 for one year $25 for two years). I've attached the membership form and the lists of benefits.
