In collaboration with the urban community, SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking talented students for its 2009 Summer Internship/Mentoring Program. This program is open to under-represented minority students who are pursuing higher education, specifically those already attending college as well as recent high school graduates who are college bound. Selected participants will be offered paid, on-the-job experience for the summer and have the opportunity to explore health career options while being mentored by health and health-related professionals in an academic healthcare environment.
