The Young Professionals Committee of the UNIFEM-USNC Metro NY Chapter will be hosting leadership training for young professionals. This program will tap expert leaders in the non-profit and for-profit worlds who are committed to women's leadership and advancing gender equality to share their experience and skills with the next generation of non-profit managers and practitioners. The training will be a series of interactive workshops that focus on innovative strategies, best practices, and management skills in order to prepare participants to take on leadership roles and responsibilities within the non-profit sector.
