Good Morning: Unfortunately, the new website is not accessible quite yet. For the time being I would like to give everyone some updated information regarding files, evaluations, and letters of recommendation:

If you would like to request a Course Evaluation from an instructor you can fill out the form by following the link below. The information and request are forwarded directly to the instructor who is given the link to the new form.

If you are requesting that someone (on campus or off campus i.e. employer, volunteer supervisor, etc) write you a letter of recommendation use the link below. The request and information will be forwarded to the recommender's e-mail and they will be provided with instructions.

If you are looking to start a new file with the Pre-Health Professions Office you can do so by using the link below.
