"The Mt. Sinai SAVI program provides high quality direct services to
survivors of human trafficking, sexual and domestic violence and their loved
ones, works with coalitions to advocate policy and legislative changes on
behalf of survivors, and promotes awareness of sexual and domestic violence
in East Harlem, the Upper East Side, and Queens.  

SAVI is currently recruiting volunteers to advocate for survivors of sexual
assault and intimate partner violence in emergency rooms in Manhattan and
Queens.  SAVI will provide the training to prepare you for this role. 

Training occurs once a year and begins in March.  If you are interested,
