Do you know of a company or a community-based organization that is looking for space in East Harlem and is interested in collocating with a grassroots organization providing social services to East Harlem and South Bronx residents?

New York Harm Reduction Educators (NYHRE) is a non-profit organization that delivers integrated health and social services to promote the health, safety and well-being of marginalized, low-income persons with a history of substance use issues.  NYHRE is investigating relocating its offices to a stand-alone building on 124th Street and Lexington Avenue and is seeking subtenants to fill one floor of the building (up to 3000 sqft).  The floor is currently raw space with its own dedicated entrance.  NYHRE is willing to entertain subleases of 1-5 years.  Any interested parties, please contact Shelley Huggins at 718.842.6050 x103 or via email at [log in to unmask].

And please feel free to pass this along to anyone you think may be interested.  Thanks.
