Bring your acute and ambulatory care experiences to an organization that has contributed substantially to the study of nutrition and its relationship to various diseases.  You will have the opportunity to educate colleagues and train dietetic interns, as you develop nutrition treatment programs to ensure optimal nutritional care.

We are accepting applications for two exciting opportunities:

1.      Adult Internal Medicine

The ideal candidate must be a dynamic Registered Dietitian (RD), having completed an internship (or equivalent experience) from an accredited ADA program with the motivation to develop and implement new initiatives.   NYS certification (CDN) and a minimum of one (1) year of clinical nutrition experience are required.  Experience in an outpatient nutrition setting working with individuals and groups, Certified  Diabetes Educator (CDE) and a Master’s degree are all preferred.  This opportunity involves working with adult patients in ambulatory settings.  Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills are a plus.

 

2.      Adult GI

The ideal candidate must be a dynamic Registered Dietitian (RD), having completed an internship (or equivalent experience) from an accredited ADA program, motivated to provide medical nutrition therapy for adult GI patients.  This opportunity will enable patients and families the advantages of the same Dietitian working closely with interdisciplinary providers during all phases of in- and outpatient experiences to ensure individualized, patient centered care. 

NYS certification (CDN) and a minimum of one (1) year of clinical nutrition experience are required.  Experience in outpatient nutrition settings, GI Programs and a Master’s degree are all preferred.  Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills are a plus.
