ABOUT THE WEBINAR

The 2012 Food & Health Survey: Consumer Attitudes toward Food Safety, Nutrition & Health, commissioned by the International Food Information Council Foundation, is the seventh annual national quantitative study designed to understand Americans' perceptions and behavior regarding important food safety, nutrition, and health related topics. The research provides valuable insights on how Americans view their own diets, their efforts to improve them, how they balance diet and exercise, and their actions when it comes to food safety practices.


Webinar Objectives (The participant will be able to):

Understand consumer attitudes about and behaviors toward today's major food and health topics.
  •  
Recognize consumers' interest in food and health issues and opportunities for improvement.
  •  
Identify areas of misinformation, confusion and lack of understanding that exist for consumers about food and health.
