Francisco mayor urges "soda-free summer"
While other cities are pushing for new taxes and limits on sweetened drinks and sodas, San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee is taking a voluntary approach, continuing
a five-year tradition of recommending a "soda-free summer" for residents. "I encourage everyone to rethink choosing sugary drinks and hydrate with clean, refreshing tap water," he said.
