Must be able to perform other related duties as assigned, necessary to the functioning of the Research Unit. Must be able to learn and accept new techniques in food and formula preparation using a homogenizer. Must have inter-personal skills. Must be able to communicate with patients and other members of the healthcare team. Must be willing to be flexible with work schedule and work weekends when required. Education: Minimum Associate Degree with food service training and work experience.
