UVA's stunning reversal of the ouster of their president aside, I disagree w/ just about everything in this Op Ed piece in today's NYT, but sadly don't have the time to write a rebuttal.
I learn from my students all the time, including about the subject matter, and especially from the dialogue in the food policy course we've been offering online for the past 5 years...
