IOM News Alert: New Video

A new video from the IOM describes the clear need for better integration of primary care and public health. Based on the recent IOM report Primary Care and Public Health: Exploring Integration to Improve Population Health, the video offers concrete examples to show how primary care and public health can work together to improve health. It is available online or can be downloaded as slides.
