3. Budget management for all Health Marketing programs/brands (Tracking and PO process).
- Work in SAP and with finance to manage funds
- Help manage and create POs for new projects, manage estimate and invoice tracking
- Work with agencies and brand teams to ensure proper allocation of funds for all health marketing programs/tactics
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in human science (Nutrition, Biology) or Food Science (Nutrition, MKT/Communication).
- RD or RD Eligible is desirable but not required
- 1-2 years experience in communication related to science/nutrition (PR agency, Health Marketing agency, Healthcare/Food/Pharmaceutical company) with experience developing communication tools
- Probiotic Food/Functional Food experience
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills - ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds (regulatory, legal, MKT, HCP)
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into consumer communications

CAMBA's Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) contract provides food services that include Congregate Meals, Food Pantry Bags, Food Vouchers and nutritional services to 300 HIV positive individuals and their minor children who are residents of NYC and who meet the financial eligibility for the program. All enrolled clients will meet with our Registered Dieticians for an assessment and the completion of a Comprehensive Treatment Plan to address their food and/or nutrition needs. Clients identified as having special nutritional needs will receive appropriate services including Individual Nutritional Counseling and Group Nutritional Education. Through counseling and group education, clients will learn about meeting their own, unique nutritional needs and ensuring proper nutrition and diet while managing co-morbid conditions and treatment adherence. In counseling sessions, clients will set nutritional goals and make specific plans to achieve them. For clients whose physicians have made referrals for nutritional supplements, the appropriate supplements will be distributed in conjunction with counseling sessions. The program staff will ensure that clients are connected and remain in HIV Primary Care in order to continue receiving services under this contract.

The person filling this position is expected, under general direction, to:

(1) provide individual and/or group counseling services to assist individuals to understand the connection between proper nutrition and the relationship to a healthier lifestyle; (2) counsel clients in dealing with such issues as: behavior, educational progress, family dynamics, mental and physical health, housing, personal finances, substance abuse, mental and/or physical trauma, etc.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Registered Dietician (RD), or a Certified Dietician/Nutritionist (CDN), or Registered Dietician Eligible (RDE) and experience with similar services. (As required by Funder)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Must have experience working with People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA).

The Nutrition Education Instructor will implement the Yorkville Common Pantry's nutrition education curriculum for children and adults. The Nutrition Education Instructor is also responsible for ensuring accurate client data is entered into the client database and reported to the program's evaluator. Job Responsibilities

- Provide Nutrition Education classes through YCP's NICF program: 5 children's classes (4 offsite and 1 onsite) and 1 adult's class using the current curriculum.

- Maintain excellent classroom management.

- Maintain classroom participation with a minimum of 20 participants per children's classes.

- Supervise Program Assistant.
