I am working on a documentary on how the Medicare law was used to desegregate thousands of American hospitals in just a few short months in 1966. And I need some help with research and other parts of the documentary-making process.  At the moment, this is an unpaid position.  If we are successful in our fund-raising, it will become a paid position.
