1.       Data Linkage and Analytics Specialist: Work with a team to implement an Agency-wide meta-data repository and the ability to link and map disparate data sets across the Agency

2.       Electronic Laboratory Reporting (ELR) Informatics Lead (description attached): Implement and oversee compliance monitoring for laboratories that submit health-code mandated electronic clinical laboratory reports, including developing web-based reporting tool to monitor progress and feedback information to labs.

 

3.       Syndromic Surveillance Informatics Manager (description attached): implement and oversee Syndromic Surveillance MU reporting from NYC Hospital ED to NYC DOHMH as well as implement QA and conduct data analysis.
