DEPARTMENT:
Family Medicine and Community Health
SUMMARY:
Provides program and administrative support to the Mount Sinai Department of Family Medicine and Community Health operated by the Institute for Family Health.
We are looking for an energetic staff member with good attention to detail to assist in our new and growing department. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate
or part-time student to gain experience in the fields of health and non-profit administration, grant writing, management, and research. The program coordinator will work with a team of staff, including the Department Chair and the Department Administrator.
The Department is responsible for scheduling and oversight of medical student and resident activities, as well as assisting with research projects. This is a full-time position located at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

Job Requirements:

Very proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
·
Significant facility with the Internet
·
Experience or interest in the health field is preferred.
