Lehmen College looking for an instructor for DFN 651: Medical Nutrition Therapy. This is a graduate clinical nutrition class, to include an exploration of evidence-based medical nutrition therapy in today's clinical practice. Case studies related to the pathophysiology and treatment of nutritionally relevant acute and chronic disease will be emphasized. It is usually taught on Monday evening, 6 - 8:40 pm, but this is negotiable (not Tuesday). Ideally, the person should be or have been recently practicing MNT, preferably with experience in critical care, acute or sub-acute. The person must be an RD. Contact Sue Tree if interested.
