The mission of INROADS is to develop and place talented underserved youth in business and industry and to prepare them for corporate and community leadership.

Students accepted into the program are placed into multi-year internships at top pay ($4,000 - $10,000 per summer) and provided with various tools for success – a corporate mentor, personalized coaching from an INROADS advisor, free tutoring and networking events with corporate executives and career-minded peers.
