The Manhattan-Staten Island Area Health Education Center (MSI AHEC) is looking for internship placement sites for students who are interested in pursuing health careers. The students we accept into our programs are highly motivated to gain experience in a variety of health settings--hospitals, community health centers, and health-oriented organizations. In working to expand diversity in the healthcare workforce, we recruit high school, college, post-bacc, and medical students from underrepresented populations or students who have expressed interest in working with medically underserved populations.
