Position Summary On a classroom-, school- and community-level, the Community Health Organizer coordinates the implementation of MSHP developed and/or collaborative health promotion initiatives, conducts health education workshops, facilitates youth development groups, organizes outreach programs and needs assessments, and supports health policy development and implementation to improve student health and well-being.
