We invite you to join GNYDA members and friends to network and learn about contemporary Italian cuisine at FABBRICA Restaurant and Bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on April 25th, 2013!  The evening will kick off with cocktails and tastings of gourmet Italian fare prepared with seasonal ingredients.  Following drinks and hors d'oeuvres, Executive Chef Simone Bonelli will present a culinary demonstration and create a variety of healthy Italian dishes for all to see out of their open kitchen.  To complete the evening, guests will be able to sample the creations prepared by Chef Simone.

About the Chef:  Award-winning Italian Executive Chef Simone Bonelli was trained at the three Michelin starred Osteria Francescana in Italy and brings his expertise and experiences to FABBRICA’s contemporary Italian cuisine. FABBRICA’s vast theatrical interior space is decorated by a large mural created by the acclaimed Brooklyn artist Olalekan Jeyifous.
