You are invited to join NYCCT's School of Professional Studies on April 19th from 9:00am-12:00pm at the NYCCT Amphitheatre (AG-30) for an event on interprofessional education (IPE) in the health and human services professions. 

 

The keynote speaker is Dr. Christine Arenson, the co-director of the Jefferson Center for InterProfessional Education at Thomas Jefferson University. NYCCT Nursing, Dental Hygiene, Radiologic Technology, Human Services and Health Administration faculty and students will present on and share their experience with IPE and simulations.The IPE instruction and simulations have been made possible by a CUNY Workforce Development Initiative Grant and the NY Simulation Center at Bellevue Hospital.

 

The CUNY WDI grant is entitled: Inter-professional Communication and Safety for Health and Human Services Professionals
