Part Time Administrative Assistant/CUNY School of Public Health at Hunter College

 

The CUNY School of Public Health at Hunter College seeks a part time administrative assistant (20 hours/week) to support the Community Health program in administration of its MPH and BS degree programs, beginning in September.   Responsibilities vary but include administrative support for scheduling, student and community events, curriculum planning, recruiting and admissions and community outreach.    Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; good writing skills; strong organizational skills, good problem solving skills and ability to learn in-house management information systems and work with confidential data.  Also “internet savvy” (social media skills, google docs, dropbox).    Knowledge of or strong interest in public health.   College degree a plus.   $10 to $15/hour depending upon experience.  Flexible scheduling.  Benefits.  East Harlem campus (119th and 3rd Ave).
