Here is a general description of the position:

The Assistant Director of Neurology at Harlem Hospital Center will fulfill the grant objectives of the Healthy Eating and Active Living by Design Grant of the Healthy Heart Program at the New York State Department of Health. The current focus of the grant is the Walk It Out! program at Harlem Hospital Center, a comprehensive physical fitness program for Harlem seniors, and will begin to shift towards systems change strategies and the establishment of sustainable health policy changes in the community including Walking Trails, Instant Recess, and park use promotion. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in Public Health with specialization and/or experience in public health policy with an understanding of population-based and built environment strategies to address chronic diseases as well as interventions that focus at the community level to create environments and social norms that promote health.
