The company has a world renowned research facility supported by more than 150 PhDs developing trusted and effective products for a better, healthier life. They partner with more than 50 university research centers across the globe and are committed to clinical research and to improving and enhancing medical nutrition for specialized care through trials, studies and academic collaborations.

 

 

Key Accountabilities

•             Provide accurate technical support for external requests regarding all aspects of the company’s product range (including healthcare professionals, parents, pharmacies and wholesalers) through phone and internet.   

•             Support sales team with accurate information on the product line and updates on a daily basis.

•             Maintain current knowledge and reference support in the field of clinical nutrition. Focus for this position will be on supporting their pediatric product line.

•             Provide technical support to the Marketing Team, including Category Directors, Brand Managers, as well as Sales and New Product Development Teams (R&D)

•             Provide content to social media portals (e.g. blogs, facebook)

•             Periodically meet with individual KOL’s to maintain pulse on the market needs.

•             Attend and participate in professional and consumer meetings, as needed.

•             Provide clinical insight to assist the marketing department in development of product literature, education materials and web site.

•             Support R&D with nutrition evaluation and recommendations for product development and improvement.

•             Support R&D in development of nutritional specifications/parameters for prototype formulas and new food products.

•             Precept dietetic students through the guidance of Medical Affairs Manager.

 

 

 

Additional Candidate Requirements

 

Experience / education level / area of study:

•             Registered Dietitian

•             Degree in Nutrition, Food Science or related field (masters preferred)

•             A minimum of 2-4 years clinical experience, pediatric experience required

•             Demonstrated pattern of career progression for more experienced candidates
