As you likely know, the Obama Administration proposed exempting movie theaters from the national menu labeling law. However, we recently spotted voluntary calorie labeling at an AMC Theater in Virginia. Movie theaters in California, New York City, and other locations are also providing calorie information, due to state and local policies.
