City Harvest’s Nutrition Education team is running a pilot program till June to develop a solid and consistent model for our internship program, which will be more challenging and more rewarding for the participants, as well as for our target population. We will expect a lot from the interns, give them responsibility, and provide them with appropriate management support to help them get the most out of themselves. We also hope to provide a stipend, though this is awaiting final confirmation from our HR department.

We’re looking for dynamic individuals who will be able to work well in a group to drive the program forward, as well as lead in the field. We’re looking for graduate students because we believe that older students with diverse life-experience will suit this program better. The applicant’s level of education is not particularly important to me though, so please recommend the internship to any suitable undergraduates, if you wish.

Attached is an announcement and an application form. Contact Phil Peacock if you have questions or want to discuss anything.

Many thanks.
