Urban Harvest Benefit Dinner

Join Rouge Tomate and Slow Food NYC for an evening in honor of National Nutrition Month, featuring a seasonal 5-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Jeremy Bearman & Executive Pastry Chef James Distefano with beverage pairings by Beverage Director Pascaline Lepeltier.

 

The menu will feature the Slow Food of sustainably grown and harvested ingredients that have been locally-sourced in conjunction with SFNYC’s Producer Matrix.

 

The evening will include an engaging discussion with featured Farmers and Producers from our local food system as well as Slow Food NYC Board Members and Educators from the Urban Harvest  Program.

 

Date: March 3, 2014

General Admission: 6:30 p.m.

Cocktails: 6:30 - 7:00 p.m.

Dinner Service: 7:00 p.m.
