The Sunshine Education and Resource Center (SERC) at the University of South Florida College of Public Health is sponsoring a Summer Institute in Occupational Health and Safety from June 22 - June 27, 2014. Attendees will experience college life at USF's Tampa campus while exploring the various educational opportunities existing at the SERC to earn graduate degrees in occupational health and safety disciplines. The week-long program will introduce participants to a variety of occupational health and safety topics through a series of lectures, laboratory sessions, and field experiences. Participant travel, lodging, and meal costs will be paid by the program. Applications currently being accepted; minorities encouraged to apply. Applicant selections expected by mid-April.
