Got a Minute?

Tell us how you use ONE resources - you could
win $50!

We value your feedback. Take our quick, easy survey and let us know what's important to you.

Or, email us your thoughts and suggestions on how to make ONE more effective for you.

Anyone who takes the survey or emails us with feedback will be eligible to win a $50 cash prize.

This month's
"$50 for Feedback" winner is
Michelle Moulton, MS, RD/LD

Michelle works with Reasor's in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Through our survey, she told us how she uses ONE resources: "We utilize the information in our stores each month. Sometimes it's simply taking a food we found on your website, highlighting the health benefits, and giving it out to all of our customers, or using the power points to help educate individual clients. It is very helpful to get ideas on your website!"

Thank you for taking time to let us know how you're using the Toolkits, Michelle!

Correction: Last month's winner was Marilyn Mills, MS RD (not Marilyn Miller).

March Toolkits Posted!

The following are the latest ONE Toolkits ready for you to download:

men's health

For the Guys: Men's Health

Are you seeing more men in the grocery aisles? You're not imagining it. A 2012 BPN survey found that 40% of men claimed to be their household's primary grocery shopper, and in a 2013 survey of 900 men, 47% said they were responsible for at least half of shopping and meal prep at home. This toolkit is geared toward all these men pushing carts, to help them find healthier choices.

save money, save time

Save Money, Save Time

Eat well, be healthy, save money. It's easy when
you consider the four-P strategy of food budgeting:
Planning, Purchasing, Preparing and Preserving.
This toolkit shares ways to save time and money
in the grocery store, kitchen and pantry with ideas,
tips, recipes and more!

PAST ISSUES STILL AVAILABLE

Twenty-three additional Toolkits ready for your use

You can access previously-offered Toolkits for up to 12 months. Our latest five kits include:

The benefits of the Mediterranean diet have been scientifically proven time and again - from heart health to weight loss. This Toolkit will arm you with research, tips and ideas about this delicious way of eating.

Label Claims (February 2014)

As consumers seek more transparency about their foods, symbols and labels proliferate on everything from processed foods to fresh produce. Whether labels contain nutritional information or detail where/how food has been farmed or raised, all these labels can be confusing. We look at label terminology and decipher what it means, and show how consumers can use this information to their best advantage when selecting food.

Whole Grain Sampling Day (February 2014)

Every year on the first Wednesday in April, the Whole Grains Council holds its annual Whole Grain Sampling Day. Use the resources in this ONE Toolkit to promote whole grains anytime of the year.

Nutrition Myths Exposed (January 2014)

We're debunking more food myths and misperceptions. We answer frequently-asked questions, uncover half-truths and - backed by solid science - show why eggs and whole wheat are healthy choices, and which fats are best. And, we share how to get the most out of a trip to the grocery store.

Chronic inflammation is at the core of many health issues. This kit gathers the latest research on inflammation and looks at the foods that can exacerbate it and those that alleviate it.

Be sure to check out these Kits, too, if you haven't already:

Please note that the "Cooking with Kids," "Fiber with Flavor," and "Norwegian Salmon," Toolkits will be removed from our Toolkit rotation next month - be sure to download any resources you need from these kits  before April 15.
