Dear NYCNEN Members and Friends,

We hope that you will be able to join us on Friday, April 4th for NYCNEN's final meeting of the year, "Got Fruits and Vegetables? Improving Access to Healthy Food for all New Yorkers."

Presenters will discuss innovative fruit and vegetable distribution models developed to increase access to healthy food in NYC. You will hear from representatives from Just Food, the Corbin Hill Food Project, and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, as well as other exciting speakers. In addition, you will learn concrete steps that will help you increase the availability of healthy foods in your workplace and in the communities in which you work. This meeting is co-sponsored by the Nutrition Program at Hunter College and the CUNY School of Public Health.
