I hope you are well.  Public Health Solutions is seeking to fill two, part time Community Health Worker positions to assist their Navigator Program in educating their communities about health insurance and the Affordable Care Act.  The position calls for someone familiar with Northern Queens and with a strong interest in implementing health policy, educating their peers and community members, and improving access to coverage.

Attached you will find two CHW descriptions; one is for a field-based position and the other is for someone who will be working primarily on communications and social media.  Please share this with your students and alumni who you think would be interested.
